Enrollment Procedures

Please do not bring peanuts or peanut products to our school.

Prior to Your Child’s First Day

  • Pay deposit and registration fees (The deposit and registration fees are required before we can save a spot)

  • Read sign and return

    • Tuition Agreement and Tuition Express Paperwork

    • Authorized Release

    • All About Your Child

    • Peanut / photo agreement

    • Emergency Information Card – signed and dated

  • Bring a copy of your child’s

    • Immunization record

    • State of Maryland Health Inventory Form – signed by parent and doctor

  • Plan a pre-enrollment visit to introduce your child to the teachers, classmates and classroom

On Your Child’s First Day

  • At drop off time please:

    • Sign your child in

    • Leave your child with a teacher

    • Leave quickly to insure your child’s adjustment

  • At pick up time:

    • Check cubbies

    • Sign your child out

  • Please bring:

    • Diapers and wipes if applicable (pull-ups are not allowed)

    • Pillow, blanket

    • Complete change of clothes, extra underwear

    • At pick up time, bring photo ID for pm staff
